2. Returns / Cancellations Policy

Product returns are accepted only upon company approval and in cases of defective or incorrect products.

The company reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or credit restrictions.
In cases of accepted returns or cancellations, credit is issued either as an offset against future orders or refunded to the customer’s bank account.

All products of SIGANOS S.A. are delivered EXW from our facilities at Glymata Area, 72100, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Greece.
Responsibility and transport risk pass to the customer upon loading.

5. Payment Methods / Transaction Security
Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018, Government Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018), and securely manages card payment transaction data, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security measure for VISA & MasterCard cards.
